Our Associations - The Smallest Star
We have been fortuned to be a part of many very exciting projects besides our own films. It has been a pleasure to be a part of these projects as we have liked the subject matter, the people behind the project and/or the over all concept. We have decided to tell you about some of these projects in a series of posts titled Our Associations: Last fall we were very honored to be a part of Cory McAbee's next film called The Smallest Star. Cory has been traveling around the world with his new de-motivational seminar/concert. He stopped over in Iceland last September to preach his Small Star message to an Icelandic audience at the Reykjavík International Film Festival via the platform of The Small Star Seminar. During his stay we helped him out with the filming of The Small Star Seminar and some additional scenes that might or might not make it into the final film. Working with Cory is a personal dream-come-true for us at Noumena Films. He is a unique voice in the world of films and his personal philosophy when it comes to film-making is admirable. We have been his fans for many years and spending time with him has revealed that he is not only a brilliant filmmaker but also a true gentleman.
