2017 in review!

2017 has almost run its course so why not take a look back at what we've been doing this year. During the year we have been involved in the production of four documentaries, three of which are our own products.

The Making of Prisoners.

Our in-depth 50min documentary about the making of Prisoners was screened at RÚV in February, after the screening of the series. It was well received and we feel very happy about the cooperation with Mystery Productions, that was ongoing project for over a year. The Prisoners series has already been screened in many countries and is available in many regions on Netflix. You can see our Making of film on the official Prisoners DVD, that just came out in Iceland.

A Nature/Historical Documentary

This summer we started preparations for a new documentary that is being produced by another company. First draft of the script is now ready and the producers are looking for further funding. We can not reveal details about this project, but we can tell you that is a mix of a historical and a nature documentary. It's an exciting project, we are very happy to be a part of. We hope to be able to tell you more about it soon.

This is not a Bomb

We have been further developing This is not a Bomb this year, taking some test footage in the process. We were very lucky to have the film selected too take part in the Twelve for the Future documentary workshop held by the European Documentary Network. We traveled to Sweden for the first part of the workshop and will be going to Finland for the second part, presenting the film at a major film festival. Hopefully we'll have plenty of news about This is not a Bomb in the new year.

Joe in the Tunnel

As of this fall we have officially started editing Joe in the Tunnel, and our hope is to have it ready in the spring. We have a lot of footage to assemble, so it's going to be a challenge, but we love a challenge. We will of course try to keep you posted as an impending premiere draws closer.
